Senior Director, E-Commerce (New York)

The Senior Director, E-Commerce leads strategic and operational initiatives to maximize High Life’s business growth and profitability on Amazon, Walmart.com and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role manages end-to-end performance across all product categories and brands, working closely with the EVP of sales, Marketing teams, merchandising teams, brand managers, and cross-functional partners in operations and finance. The Senior Director will drive measurable growth in sales, improve category rankings and visibility, optimize pricing and promotional strategies, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position will have direct impact on revenue growth and market positioning while building strong relationships with account teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategy and business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
• With Marketing, ensure marketing dollars are driving sales, adjusting strategies to ensure success
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy to achieve growth in a challenging environment
• Work cross functionally to receive product and creative assets that will support and super drive growth and profitability across all channels
• Connect across AMG businesses to ensure leverage of the total AMG company infrastructure
• Lead product listing optimization, including enhanced content, keywords, images, and A+ pages to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Manage pricing, promotional calendars, and inventory strategies to maximize sales velocity and minimize excess stock
• Conduct competitive analyses and test assets and content frequently and scientifically to determine best practices in an evolving environment
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including sales velocity, conversion rates, return rates, customer reviews, and brand health
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Amazon account team members, marketing managers, and category specialists
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central, brand analytics tools, third-party analytics platforms, and internal systems (ERP, business intelligence tools) to make data-driven decisions
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations & sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8years of Amazon experience, with proven success in owning and directly growing a business on Amazon
• Experience leading and managing teams and working cross functionally
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, brand analytics tools, Excel, and basic understanding of ERP and business intelligence systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams

Annual salary range starting at $200,000+
