Job Description Job Description We are looking for an individual who has at least 5 years of experience supporting attorneys in a civil litigation law firm environment with emphasis on personal injury and be able to learn and navigate the software and technologies we utilize. The ideal candidate will be proficient in: - Drafting and filing civil pleadings - Managing discovery and case files - Navigating state and federal eCourts systems - Scheduling depositions and coordinating with clients and counsel - Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Bilingual-Spanish a plus, but not necessary. Hours 9:00 to 5:00, 40-hour work week (Flexibility) Pay Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
