Pediatric Medical Receptionist

Northwest Spokane Pediatrics is a fun & fast paced primary care practice. We currently employ 4 front office receptionist but need to add another because of our increase in patients as well as the therapy services we offer. Our office hours are M-F 8am - 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, check-in, and check-out patients
• Schedule Appointments over phone and in person.
• Answer call queue phone system that serves multiple departments.
• Collect patient payments for copay and account payment.
• Manage incoming fax / digital documents and associate with proper patient in EHR.
• Coordinate referrals and followup needs.
• Register new patients and update existing patient demographics.
• Need to have:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year medical reception experience required
• 1-year scheduling experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience with EHR required
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Enjoy being around kids

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.51 - $20.12 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
