Job Posting: Distributions and Reporting Supervisor Covered California – Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor) Salary: $7,172.00 – $8,910.00 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates). Final Filing Date: 6/21/2026. Responsibilities Master accounting software such as FI$Cal or other ERP systems and adapt to organization‑specific platforms. Provide strong leadership, mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with established financial procedures. Communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including non‑financial audiences. Reconcile nominal and ongoing accounts, identify discrepancies, rectify errors, and report findings in accordance with GAAP and GASB. Prepare and analyze financial reports and support data integrity for internal audits and Regulatory compliance. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of GAAP and GASB reporting standards. Experience in reconciling large volumes of accounts and resolving discrepancies. Proficient in Excel and other financial analysis tools. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
