Team Manager Del Mar, CA, US Salary Range: $130,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Are you a driven professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? Procopio is seeking a Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of a practice team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. As the Team Manager, you’ll: Lead a team of administrative professionals and paralegals, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed to high standards. Collaborate with partners to optimize operations, improve attorney satisfaction, and streamline workflows. Monitor financial performance, including billable hours and collections, to support practice profitability. Oversee team productivity metrics and staffing needs, ensuring balanced workloads and effective utilization. Mentor and develop team members through training, feedback, and career growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of legal processes, billable time, filings, and document management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management tools like Intapp. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑accredited program (or equivalent). 10+ years of legal administrative experience, including 5+ years in people management.
