Business Project Manager, Specialist

Provides project management services on a multi-year or major project, applying functional expertise to improve project results. Serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, providing end-to-end oversight of resource investments, workforce planning, and third-party spend to ensure financial stewardship and alignment with organizational priorities. Owns the processes, governance, and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage budgets, hiring plans, contractor/vendor engagements, and funding changes while maintaining a trusted source of financial and portfolio data. Core Responsibilities May Include Manage and track labor, contractor, and vendor spend across the organization, ensuring budget adherence and transparency. Concierge hiring and workforce planning processes, including headcount management, requisitions, hiring forecasts, and resource allocation decisions. Maintain the "gold source" of resource data, delivering insights that support portfolio, budget, and investment decisions. Partner with FP&A and leadership teams on forecasting, reforecasting, financial flexibility exercises, and budget optimization. Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
