Associate Scientist, Flow Cytometry

IQVIA seeks an Associate Scientist in Flow Cytometry for its Valencia laboratory to perform regulated analytical testing, generate quality data, and support laboratory operations. The role involves hands-on flow cytometry work, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform flow cytometry testing and analytical procedures per SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Analyze data, verify accuracy, and escalate atypical results to senior staff
- Prepare and upload analytical data into LIMS systems under supervision
- Support quality investigations, deviations, and corrective or preventive actions
- Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, troubleshooting, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological, chemical, or related scientific field
- Experience in regulated laboratory environment preferred
- Hands-on flow cytometry experience preferred
- Proficiency with pipetting, reagent preparation, and analytical calculations
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of GLP, laboratory safety, and standard laboratory practices
Compensation: $41,400.00 - $86,100.00 base
