Associate Scientist- Phlebotomist

IQVIA Laboratories seeks an Associate Scientist–Phlebotomist to perform laboratory procedures, collect biological samples under GLP standards, and support analytical testing and quality processes at the Valencia facility.

Responsibilities Perform and document analytical procedures according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines Collect primary biological samples as a licensed phlebotomist for internal laboratory use Analyze routine data to confirm procedures operate within acceptable tolerances Identify, document, and escalate analytical deviations to senior laboratory staff Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions; support equipment maintenance and calibration Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and hands-on laboratory experience Active phlebotomy license with documented blood collection experience Prior work in regulated laboratory setting with knowledge of GLP Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficiency with laboratory calculations, data review, and quality metrics Ability to lift 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, and close eye work Compensation:
