Cash Management Analyst

Review bad actor ATMs to identify causes of high costs or downtime and implement improvements to forecasting and cost Perform seasonal and cyclical analytics and implement related changes in ICOM Analyze business problems as needed Complete daily cash forecasting for the cash ordering process Prepare and manage mass, re-route, and seasonal frequency change projects Maintain daily and monthly reports, including metrics and forecasting reports Cross-train on essential cash ordering tasks Maintain working relationships with IT, EFT, Finance, armored, and bank contacts Assist with invoicing and metrics Complete assigned departmental processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics Three to five years of advanced Excel experience, including complex formulas Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access Excellent PC, typing, and keyboard skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must successfully pass all applicable background screening tests Excellent written and oral communication skills Core Competencies Proficient in advanced Excel for complex data analysis and forecasting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
