Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionWork with line of business, support staff, and technology teams to identify business rules which are dynamic in natureAbility to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the applicationExperience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environmentExcellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledgeExperience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platformsPreferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOfficePreferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testingAnalytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
