Role Overview

We are seeking an Onshore Analyst to contribute to the creation and maintenance of financial templates. This role is central to our commercial lending and credit analysis platforms, involving close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Template Authoring and configuration for commercial lending or credit analysis platforms.
• Manage Financial Data Modeling, account mapping, and the maintenance of financial structures.
• Oversee Business Rules Configuration, including financial calculations, validations, ratios, and reporting logic.
• Handle Chart of Accounts (COA) design, account hierarchy management, and financial data standardization.
• Conduct financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of financial information.
• Implement data quality controls, validation rules, exception analysis, and issue resolution.
• Develop projection and forecasting logic, including assumptions management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Perform data analysis and validation using Excel and SQL.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and configuration documents.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and defect management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Template Authoring, particularly with tools like Moody's CreditLens FTA / RAFTA or similar financial spreading applications.
• A strong understanding of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation using Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, Credit Risk, or Financial Services.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying.
• Experience supporting financial template implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes, tools, and technologies.
