Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, including 4+ years implementing iBase-t Solumina solutions across design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgradesExperience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, support, and process documentationExperience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunitiesExperience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architectureAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer SciencePrior consulting experience3+ years of experience working with the iBase-t Solumina platformSoftware vendor certificationExperience leading a project team in a client environmentExperience presenting technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited subject matter knowledgeThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
