Structural Welders - Per Diem $160 - Up to $42/hr - Houston, TX Trillium Construction is hiring Structural Welders in Houston, Texas to fabricate and weld steel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) housing cabinets. This role involves MIG welding, structural fabrication, and working with heavy steel. Ideal candidates are experienced welders who can read drawings and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Perks & Benefits Up to $42 per hour depending on experience $160 per diem for all 7 days if all scheduled shifts are worked Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans Paid holidays and state-required leave (where applicable) What You'll Need Proven experience as a structural welder Strong MIG welding experience Experience welding 3/8-inch steel or comparable heavy structural material Experience with structural steel fabrication and assembly Ability to produce clean, strong, consistent structural welds Ability to work extended shifts (10-12 hours) Willingness to complete a basic on-site weld test Personal welding PPE and hand tools Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
