A specialty property and casualty insurance company is seeking an experienced Underwriter to manage underwriting and binding of new and renewal business in Glen Allen, VA. This role includes evaluating complex risks, developing broker relationships, and overseeing endorsements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably 2+ years in insurance underwriting, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
