Role Description The Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in San Antonio, TX. This position oversees construction projects from planning through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation under Senior PM oversight. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve issues, track milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. This is a growth‑focused role with strong upward mobility. Qualifications 2-4 Years of construction Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards Logistics Management capabilities to organize equipment, materials, and workforce across multiple sites Working knowledge of project budgets and cost control Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects (highway, commercial, or residential) preferred Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in a fast‑paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with field teams, clients, and vendors Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools Ability to work on‑site in varying weather conditions and comply with all safety policies and procedures Preferred Software HCSS HeavyBid HCSS HeavyJob Microsoft Project #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
