What You’ll Do As the first face our patients see, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and professional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Greeting patients with a smile and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. Managing appointment schedules and assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs. Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with a helpful and positive attitude. Maintaining an organized and clean front desk area. Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Support our providers: chiropractors, physical therapists, nurse practitioner and massage. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on their feet. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. The ability to stay on your feet and work comfortably at a standing-height desk. A strong sense of organization and attention to detail. A willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment.
