Daily Duties include:

• Process full set of shipping & customs clearance documents

• Contact with third party customs clearance and shipping company to ensure the on time shipping and customs clearance
• Monitoring and hands-on coordination with vendors and keeping daily track of database.
• Ensuring vendors meet shipping deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors for product development and request of new product using specification sheets and artworks/packaging
• Ensure items such as price tickets, HTS codes, shipping documents, etc. are executed in a timely and efficient manner
• Hands-on monitoring of service providers for on-time customs clearance.
• Regularly update incoming shipment schedules
• Communicate with custom brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines regarding any issues relating to shipments
• Coordinate local trucking for POE, PTD shipments
• Arrange shipping and production schedule with vendors on a daily basis
• Ensure customer compliance and guidelines
• Integrate the logistics Resources and find the best logistics scheme for the company.

• Inspect suppliers' tech specs and drawings and find deviation

  Communicate with supplier on price and contract

  Evaluate the supplier

  · Communicate with engineers from client's and supplier's side for clarification

  · Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all technical related documentation

  · Create technical quotes if necessary

• Other duties as related to job

Requirements:

• Strong follow up and communication skills with vendors
• In charge of tracking product movement from PO to Delivery
• Follow up with international vendor to verify shipping information
• Impeccable organization skills, detail oriented
• Very dependable and loyal
• Excellent PC skills
• High organization and follow up skills with sense of urgency
• Detail oriented and good multi-tasking skills
