About This Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Infusion at CVS Health, you will provide specialized nursing care in patients' homes, allowing for strong one‑on‑one relationships and quality patient care. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a balanced schedule outside of a traditional hospital setting. Highlights Pay: $29.10 - $62.32 per hour Location: Appleton, WI Schedule: Full-time, flexible Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts What You'll Do Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes. Deliver one‑on‑one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education. Utilize strong IV insertion skills and clinical expertise to assist patients. Participate in on‑call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs. Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills for patient interactions. Document and track patient care activity using Microsoft Office applications.
