Physician relocating from Ohio to Florida due to family reasons...step into an already fully functioning practice on Day1. Clinic locations are Kent, Stow, and Fairlawn, OH Surgery is at St. Clare in Stow (named a US News Best ASC in 2025)Surgery: Every Monday and 3 Fridays/month (phacos only on Friday) 24-26 Sx cases per day Lasik 1-2 Fridays/month (optional) Patient volume is 30-35 patients per day; mix of cataract and cornea Team approach with a recent surgeon moving to a medical ophthalmologist role doing cataract evals to feed our surgeons Most cat evals were being fed to this new surgeon Call: MDs are backup; OD is primary. If the OD needs the MD, it is by phone only No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities Base Compensation: Starting at $425,000 (DOE) Signing Bonus: $50,000 Ready to Make an Impact?
