Excel Data-Entry Specialist - Med Records Purge (Onsite)
Sigma Systems
CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX, is seeking an Health Information Management (HIM) Technician to support a temporary Medical Records Purge Project.
You will work onsite in the HIM Department, handling non-patient-facing tasks and focusing on data entry and record organization in Excel. This 12-week assignment requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data entry, and strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
