Agile Scrum Master

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master Position type: Contract Duration: 12 months Location: 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team productivity and Agile maturity.
• Drive collaboration among stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams.
• Track Agile delivery metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage governance, compliance, and operational processes effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in complex organizational structures and governance-driven environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
