A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst. Position type: Full time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC As a Business Analyst you will: Business Analyst responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives supporting Global Compliance, Operational Risk, and Trade Surveillance. Must-Have Skills Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or surveillance processes strongly preferred Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within Financial Services, with preference for Risk, Compliance, or Surveillance functions Handson experience supporting Agile delivery teams, including PI planning and governance forums Demonstrated experience with executive level stakeholder engagement and governance reporting Strong project and portfolio management expertise, including planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
