Job Title: Registered Nurse Med/Surg

Location: Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621

Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)

Shift: 3x12 or 4x12

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Details: ONLY LOOKING FOR TRAVELERS I.E. MORE THAN 75 MILES AWAY FROM THE FACILITY'S ADDRESS AS PER THE DL

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 75 mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $72.00

Blended Weekly Gross Pa Rate: $2,592.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.78

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,108.08

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,483.92

OR For Traveler 1099 Candidates:

Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $75.00

Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,700.00

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS/TELE Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN in our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to a diverse group of patients. This role offers flexible day/night rotation shifts and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Shift Details:

• Day/Night Rotation (Typically 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights, but may vary based on unit needs)
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend (EOW)
• Shift Length: 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts
• Unit Assignment: Unit assigned at the time of offer

• Charting: Epic
• Scrub Color: Any combination of navy and white
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
• Flu Vaccine: Unknown (Facility Guideline)

Requirements:

• Active NY State RN License
• No Local Candidates (Applicants must reside 75 miles or more away from the facility)
• Previous MS/TELE Experience preferred
• Must be flexible with day/night rotations as needed by the unit
