Food Service Lead at Donut Spot 9700
Donut Spot 9700 is seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 51 North Locust Street, Buckhannon, WV, 26201
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service workers
- Ensure that food quality and safety standards are met
- Train new employees on proper food handling procedures
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a food service or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
