What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients
• Document patient information using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
• Occasionally work with skilled nursing facilities or home health (rare)
• Participate in weekend rotations (every 6-7 weeks) and rare holiday rotations
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification within 12 months of hire
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
