We are looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our opening crew. Crew Members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high‑quality products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Team members will be cross‑trained to work in both concepts. Customer Service Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude Take accurate food and dessert orders Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions Food Preparation Prepare and mix ice cream creations according to Cold Stone standards Roll, twist, bake, and finish pretzel products according to Wetzel’s standards Prepare smoothies, shakes, drinks, and dips Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Cleanliness & Organization Maintain clean counters, prep areas, and dining spaces Follow health department and company sanitation standards Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging Assist with dishwashing and trash removal Teamwork Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Support team members during busy periods Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers Opening & Closing Duties Assist with daily setup and breakdown Complete cleaning and closing checklistsHelp maintain inventory and product quality Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) No experience required — training provided #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
