Roller, Baker, Crew Member at Cold Stone Creamery & Wetzel's Pretzels - New Albany Responsibilities: Prepare and bake pretzels and similar goods. Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking. Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate and expedite the flow of food orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ensure that all food items are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner. Collaborate with bakery staff to prioritize and organize food preparation. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including cake decorating and baking. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Experience: Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.
