Pay: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus

We Need a Sales Hunter Who Opens Doors, Wins Accounts, and Builds Revenue.

\n

\n

We're hiring a driven, experienced Sales Manager to develop new business, expand customer relationships, and grow an established field services operation in the Cincinnati market.

\n

\n

This is not an inside sales or account maintenance position. We're looking for someone who knows how to get in front of decision-makers, identify upcoming projects, earn contractor trust, and turn opportunities into profitable, repeat business.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Generate new B2B business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and jobsite visits.
\n
• Build relationships with general contractors, civil contractors, utility companies, municipalities, and industrial customers.
\n
• Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects.
\n
• Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
\n
• Expand existing accounts while consistently opening new ones.
\n
• Manage territory sales, pipeline activity, and revenue goals.
\n
• Partner with operations to ensure projects are properly scoped and delivered.
\n
• Take ownership of territory growth and sales performance.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Proven B2B outside sales experience in construction, industrial services, utility services, equipment rental/sales, or related contractor-focused industries.
\n
• Strong new business development experience, not just account management.
\n
• Demonstrated success building accounts and increasing territory revenue.
\n
• Experience selling directly to contractors, commercial customers, municipalities, or industrial facilities.
\n
• Ability to discuss jobsite needs, understand project scopes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
\n
• Established relationships in the Cincinnati / Greater Ohio construction or industrial market are highly desirable.
\n
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, territory management, and closing skills.
\n
• Self-directed, competitive, persistent, and accountable for results.
\n

• Hydro excavation / hydrovac services
\n
• Underground utility locating
\n
• CCTV sewer and pipeline inspections
\n
• Sewer cleaning and hydro jetting
\n

\n

\n

Direct experience selling these services is a major advantage, but not required. We're equally interested in successful sales professionals with established contractor relationships and a proven record of generating new business.
