This role is the face of our business—responsible for greeting customers, guiding them through product options, and supporting the sales team in creating a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Greet and welcome all showroom visitors with a warm, professional approach Engage customers to understand their needs and introduce appropriate products Provide a high-level overview of window treatments and awning options Ensure every visitor has a positive and memorable showroom experience Appointment Coordination Schedule consultations for the sales team Capture customer information and properly log all inquiries Communicate appointment details clearly to both customers and sales representatives Communication Answer incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries Route more detailed questions to the appropriate team member Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times
