The Staff Pad is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and support a team of sales professionals across an assigned market.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales leader who excels at coaching teams, developing talent, and driving consistent results.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting sales representatives while helping drive team performance and deliver a strong customer experience.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales team members
  
• Provide hands-on training, field coaching, and ongoing mentorship
  
• Lead and motivate the sales team while fostering a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
  
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training
  
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and individual results to achieve team goals
  
• Support representatives through customer meetings and complex sales situations
  
• Help resolve customer concerns and remove obstacles throughout the sales process
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through completion
  
• Establish and reinforce sales processes, best practices, and performance expectations
  
• Recognize team achievements and promote professional growth and development
  
• Support market growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand sales
  
• Serve as a key link between leadership and the sales team to maintain alignment and accountability
  

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing, home improvement, construction, or related sales experience, or 1–3 years of sales management experience
  
• Roofing industry experience strongly preferred
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales professionals
  
• Strong understanding of consultative, field-based sales
  
• Ability to develop sales representatives through structured coaching and training
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced envirnment
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
