Glide Cleaners , one of the fastest-growing residential window washing companies in the U.S, is looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team. What You'll Do
- Represent Glide Cleaners with integrity , passion, and professionalism
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-first sales experience
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
- Continuously sharpen your skills through coaching and training
- Prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a residential setting
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Self-driven, coachable, and eager to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working evenings
- Must be 17+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
