Overview: Product Owner (Entry-Level / Junior) Location: Tempe, Arizona Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0-3 Years Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are looking to build a career in product management. In this role, you will assist in product planning, defining requirements, and supporting Agile delivery processes. You will gain hands-on experience managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet customer and business needs. We provide structured training, real-time project exposure, interview preparation, and continuous project support to help you grow successfully in your Product Owner career. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to support sprint execution Convert business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate closely with development, QA, design, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle Contribute to product roadmap planning and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals Review customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancements Assist in feature validation and testing to ensure quality and functionality Gain practical experience through real-time project involvement and mentorship Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello Strong eagerness to learn and grow in product management Skills: Product Analysis
