Hiring for Product Manager
Locations: Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX
For the Product Owner role, we need someone who started their career as a Developer and later transitioned into a Product Owner role. The candidate must have strong IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience.
Agile environment, SAFe experience is ideal (helpful but not required). Must have experience with Jira and Confluence.
Engineering-facing role, NOT business-stakeholder facing. The role will work closely with SRE and Operations teams.
MUST-HAVE skill: Ability to break requirements into detailed engineering work — including work breakdown, detailed tickets, and clear acceptance criteria. Candidates who only mention “I write acceptance criteria” without deeper understanding are not a fit.
This is NOT a customer-facing role and does not involve creating pitch decks. Technical delivery product experience is preferred.
Best fit candidates: Former engineers or architects who understand technical concepts and can communicate effectively with engineering teams. A junior cloud engineer looking to transition into product would be a strong candidate due to the technical background.
Not suitable for fresh graduates. Looking for candidates with around 3–5 years of experience. This is more of an evolved Business Analyst/Product Owner role.
