Also known as a diesel mechanic, truck technician, trailer mechanic, or fleet maintenance technician, you will play an essential role in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, lubrication, filters, hoses, belts, lights, and fluid checks.
• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair yard trucks, reefer trailers, company vehicles, and related components such as brakes, engines, suspensions, front-end systems, and electrical systems.
• Monitor tire condition and trailer readiness, helping ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to driver concerns, using your mechanical judgment to identify practical repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records for inspections, maintenance schedules, damages, repairs, and truck and trailer issues.
• Organize parts inventory, support fueling systems, and help maintain adequate fuel and DEF supplies onsite.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment that reflects pride in quality workmanship.

What You’ll Bring:

• You bring demonstrated automotive, fleet, truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle maintenance experience with a commitment to safe, high-quality repairs.
• You can confidently complete preventive maintenance, general repair, oil changes, and detailed vehicle inspections.
• You have working knowledge of mechanical, suspension, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems, along with diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• You use hand tools and shop equipment effectively while maintaining a disciplined approach to quality control and documentation.
• You communicate clearly with drivers, managers, and teammates and can prioritize repairs in a busy fleet environment.

Pay and Benefits:
