Make a difference.As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.In this role you will:Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of othersEstablish department work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow of purchase ordersTrain and develop employeesEnsure every customer experience is top notch in qualityCollaborate with branch team to grow salesRecommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminationsWhat you bring to the table:Strong communication skillsA passion for customer serviceSupervisory and leadership skillsAbility to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact2+ years experience preferred2 year or 4 year degree preferredCompensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
