Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide accurate information about policies and services.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
