Title: Full-Time PT - Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule:
Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
Days: Weekdays (flexibility)

Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- Salary range: $44/hr - $55/hr
- 10% Salary placement fee

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about health management and rehabilitation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
