Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections to improve facial aesthetics, following established protocols and safety guidelines Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide expert recommendations, and develop customized treatment plans Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and available aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and retention Manage client communication through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to promote services and answer inquiries Support retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling treatments, and providing product demos that meet client needs Requirements Valid nursing license or cosmetology certification with experience in injection administration or aesthetic treatments Proven experience working in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with knowledge of dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other skin procedures Strong management skills including familiarity with salon or clinic management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships Knowledge of sanitation protocols and proper sterilization techniques for all equipment used during treatments Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional guest services Join us in transforming confidence through innovative aesthetic solutions!
