The Role We are hiring licensed Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) to join our medical team across our Manhattan locations. You will deliver neurotoxin, dermal filler and bio-stimulator treatments to a busy, appointment-driven patient base. This is a hands-on clinical injecting role requiring aesthetic injecting experience and an appetite for continuous learning. The ideal candidate is technically excellent, passionate about facial anatomy, and motivated by patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin injections (Botox / Dysport) - anti-wrinkle (1, 2, 3 areas), brow lift, jaw-sculpting, hyperhidrosis, trapezius, and lip flip Administer hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, under-eyes, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and full-face volumisation Deliver Sculptra biostimulator, Kybella (deoxycholic acid), and combination treatment packages Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical history assessments, and personalized treatment planning Build lasting patient relationships and achieve high rebooking rates through clinical excellence Document all treatments accurately using Phorest clinic management software Uphold Sisu clinical protocols, infection control standards, and New York State regulatory requirements Participate in regular advanced training and clinical education opportunities Requirements Licences and Credentials - Required Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licence in New York State (FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or equivalent) OR current PA-C certification (NCCPA) with active New York State PA licence Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one Prescriptive authority in New York State Current BLS / CPR certification Experience - Required Minimum 3 months of dedicated aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers Strong facial anatomy knowledge Patient-focused with excellent consultation and communication skills What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance commission - total earnings reflect your clinical volume and patient outcomes Full-time and part-time schedules considered Structured onboarding and access to Sisu's advanced aesthetic training program Premium Manhattan clinic environment with a strong brand and existing high-value patient base Medical director oversight and a collaborative clinical team Full employee benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance (full-time roles) Growth opportunities across Sisu's expanding US network HARD WORK IS REWARDED AT SISU: We offer excellent remuneration packages at all levels 5 day (44hr) Contract: Base salary $125,000 PLUS incentive. Full package up to $165,000 4 day (40hr) Contract: Base salary $114,000 PLUS incentive. Full package up to $150,000 3 day (30hr) Contract: Base salary $86,000 PLUS incentive.
