Join the Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center team as a Receptionist in East Moline, Illinois!

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a vital member of our front-line staff, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our facility by providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors, answering questions and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage switchboard duties, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages as needed

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures with patients and healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, including patient demographic information and medical histories

• Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed, such as processing paperwork and preparing documents

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software and applications

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
