Technical Accounting Manager Location: Rosemont, IL | Hybrid: 4 days in the office, Fridays work from home Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus Responsibilities Lead Key Technical Accounting Areas Build and maintain accounting policies across multiple COEs Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong internal controls Partner with teams across the business to streamline processes Maintain policies and documentation Review monthly results and fluctuations Bonus Accounting Understand all bonus programs and performance measures Collect HR data, calculate payouts, and review actual results Complete monthly flux analysis Share-Based Compensation Coordinate grant dates and valuations with HR Manage stock‑comp accounting and reporting Work with plan administrators on monthly reports Pension & OPEB Gather key plan assumptions Manage pension/OPEB accounting and monthly analysis Qualifications 5–10 years of US GAAP experience CPA preferred Strong Excel skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to travel Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing, Finance, General Business Industries Services for Renewable Energy and Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
