Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice, individualized student care, and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans responsive to each student’s unique needs.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both group and one-on-one sessions.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and professional guidelines.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource and advocate within the school community.
