As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Elizabeth Park Rehabilitation and Nursing LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and overall well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients with diverse needs and abilities
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improvement
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in speech language pathology

What You Will Need:
Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
New Jersey SLP state licensure
Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred
