About the Role

As an HHA or PCA, you’ll help patients live safely and comfortably in their own homes assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and providing essential care that enhances their quality of life. What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe lifting techniques
  
• Support meal preparation and feeding as needed
  
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
  
• Maintain accurate care documentation and report any changes in condition
  
• Follow all HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Current HHA or PCA certification (required)
  
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely
  
• Strong communication and reliability
  
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
  
• Speak English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin
  
• Cantonese and Mandarin a big plus!!
