Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Days

Role Registered Nurse providing specialized care in IMC/PCU settings. Responsibilities Include Rendering high-quality, technical nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Supervising and coordinating with team members to deliver age and developmentally appropriate care. Communicating effectively and building collaborative relationships. Taking accountability for performance and continuously seeking to improve patient experience. Engaging in professional growth and contributing to a high-performing team. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification and relevant departmental certifications. Valid nursing license for the practicing state or eligibility to obtain one. At least 12 months of IMC/PCU/critical care RN experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
