Physical Therapist Assistant Reporting to Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, committed to addressing the whole patient and treating them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You adapt to patient needs, find joy in varied settings, collaborate with peers, and refer patients for additional care. You put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
