Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Verify and organize delivery items to ensure accuracy before departure.
• Deliver tortillas to restaurants, stores, and other customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Handle invoices, receipts, and other paperwork accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle during and after each route.
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist with mapping and navigating delivery routes to avoid delays.
• Follow safety protocols when handling products and during vehicle stops.
• Perform general labor tasks such as carrying, lifting, and stacking items.
• Support drivers in addressing on-the-road issues or changes to the delivery schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions during deliveries.
• Previous experience in delivery assistance, warehouse work, or customer service is a plus.
• Steel toe boots are required.
