The Jennette Torres State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with questions, offering support, and making sure they have a great experience. We're seeking someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You'll also work closely with a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position plays an important part in building lasting relationships and keeping our customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include helping customers with questions about our products and services, keeping accurate notes on customer interactions and transactions, working to solve customer concerns quickly and follow company guidelines, listening to customer needs and explaining the best next steps, sharing information about available products and services that may be helpful, and working with the team to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications include bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, previous customer service experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus, enjoying helping people and finding solutions, property & casualty licensed preferred, and must be able to pass insurance exams and obtain insurance licenses.
