Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware (OT DE license required)
Background in school-based occupational therapy preferred
Experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseload efficiently
Passion for working with diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student progress
Participate in student support meetings and multidisciplinary teams
Integrate innovative approaches to maximize student engagement and outcomes
