Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
• Ability to manage a caseload with students presenting a range of communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students with mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support each child’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across age levels
